Terms of Service

Effective date: August 3, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of RJ Globe Auth, the central sign-in and identity service operated by RJ Globe Inc. (“RJ Globe”, “we”, “us”). By creating an RJ Globe Auth account or using it to sign in to any RJ Globe product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

RJ Globe Auth lets you create one account and use it to sign in securely across RJ Globe products and services (single sign-on). It provides account creation, authentication, multi-factor authentication, account recovery, and related security features. Each RJ Globe product you access is governed by its own terms; these Terms cover only the identity and sign-in service.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Enable multi-factor authentication where offered.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and not be barred from using the service under applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access accounts or data that are not yours, or attempt to defeat authentication or security controls.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without our prior written authorization, or disrupt or overload it.
• Use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or transmit malware.
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse credentials or personal information obtained through the service.

4. Signing in with third-party providers

If you sign in using Google, Microsoft, or Apple, your use of those providers is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for maintaining access to the third-party account you use to sign in.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information and forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

RJ Globe Auth, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by RJ Globe or its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as intended.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we may update these Terms. When we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or its users. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RJ Globe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your place of residence.
